Everything added to ManufactINS

Every update to the platform, newest first — 52 releases since 27 September 2026.

  • 139 new features
  • 99 improvements
  • 82 fixes
v1.52Latest

The ManufactINS film is on the homepage: the biggest problems in manufacturing, and what changes — in under two minutes.

  • NewA 1 min 48 s film near the top of the homepage: the industry’s biggest problems in sourced figures (Siemens, OEE.com, ASQ, McKinsey, Seagate & IDC, and Egypt’s currency), then the platform itself on its own screens. It plays only when you press play, and phones get a lighter copy.
  • NewUnder the film, everything it says with every figure’s source — in Arabic on the Arabic page — and search engines see it as a video of the product.
v1.51

Materials, orders and assemblies now tell one story — and read like a real Egyptian plant: every lot is issued exactly what the orders’ bills take, the assembly tree shows the same quantities, and a data-integrity check runs on all 17 plants with every release.

  • NewA data-integrity check across all 17 plants — the material ledger against Inventory and Procurement, every issue against its order and bill, the assembly trees and CNC plans against the ledger and the machines — runs with every release check and stops a release on any mismatch.
  • ImprovedMaterial issues follow the bill of materials: the running order is issued its whole bill, the next order half, and the delivered order took its full bill from the oldest lot — the same quantities Production Orders shows on each part of the assembly tree.
  • ImprovedEach plant’s bill uses what it buys: a year of production takes a year of the plant’s purchases of every material, and the quantities read like a real plant — a few bolts a part, a fraction of a kilo of powder coat, ferro-silicon at about 1% of the iron charge, under a gram of active ingredient a tablet, one bare board a circuit board.
  • ImprovedProducts are built from what they are really made of: a syrup is not blistered and a capsule takes no film coat, a wiring harness is copper, a camshaft is turned from bar, and a film roll is traced to its LDPE.
  • ImprovedConsumables — cutting inserts, coolant, shielding gas, heat-treatment salts, EDM wire — are used up at the machine that uses them, never built into a shipped product.
  • ImprovedLots go oldest first and, for anything that expires, first-expiring first; nothing is issued after it expires; receipts, issues and storage rounds fall on working days (Friday off; Friday and Saturday in Riyadh); a steel heat is at most 300 t; and each material’s supplier is the one Procurement buys from, with its importer of record.
  • ImprovedThe Elsewedy shops’ fabrication orders run in time section by section — plate cut first, then wire, flanges and paint, a week between sections.
  • ImprovedAssembly tracking shows each part’s material — required and issued — next to its lot, and quantities by weight keep their decimals.
  • FixedInventory shows each lot’s age — days since it was received — instead of calling it idle; and the delivered order’s traced lot is now older than every lot of that material still on hand.
  • FixedRaw stock now follows each plant’s real material mix, so portfolio inventory days read 54 instead of 55 and the cash conversion cycle 66 days instead of 67.
v1.50

Track every part and sub-assembly into the final product, and plan CNC work around its tools: Production Orders shows each order’s product tree with every operation done on each part, the kits ready to assemble and what is holding the build up; Routings shows each CNC job’s machining plan, the operation order that changes tools least, and when each tool needs changing.

  • NewAssembly tracking on Production Orders: each open order’s product tree — the final assembly, its sub-assemblies, made parts and bought parts, with the quantity per parent — and every operation on every node: where it runs, setup and cycle time, and the quantity done of the quantity required.
  • NewKits ready for each assembly step — the complete sets its parts can supply now — and the part holding the build up, named with why: behind on its operations, waiting for its own parts, or on hold. A material lot on hold or in quarantine flows up the tree, so a section built from a held heat cannot be released whatever its own operations say; each part links to its lot on Traceability.
  • NewThe Elsewedy shops track their fabrication orders section by section — rolled cans, flanges, door frame, nozzles, heads, cover and radiators — in the states the Fabrication screen holds, with the plate, flange and coating lots issued to them.
  • NewCNC plans on Routings: each CNC job’s machining plan operation by operation — the feature, the tool, the cutting time and what it must follow — as programmed and grouped by tool. Grouping keeps spot → drill → tap or ream and every roughing pass before any finishing pass, and shows the tool changes saved per part and the hours saved over the parts left.
  • NewJobs on each machine ordered to load the fewest tools between them, with the minutes saved.
  • NewTool life and wear: each tool’s life in parts for the job, its flank wear (VB) readings against the limit, the deviation of the feature it cuts against its tolerance, and the parts left before either — change now, change this shift or OK — with one planned stop for every tool due in the shift instead of a stop each. Supervisors and maintenance record a measurement from the machine and it decides the tool’s remaining life.
v1.49

Know every material from the company that made it to the customer who received it: Traceability follows any lot — maker, origin, importer, supplier, certificate, store — to the order, part, stage and customer; Inventory shows each raw-material lot’s expiry, storage and data sheet; and every report reads like one you would send.

  • NewMaterial trace on Traceability: type any number on a material — lot, heat or batch, certificate, GRN, purchase order, material code, order, serial or customer — and its passport shows who made it and in which country, the importer of record, the supplier and purchase order, the receipt and incoming check, the certificate, the store and its last check, every issue to production with the part, stage and serial it became, and the customer it reached.
  • NewThe recall scope of any lot, reconciled to the unit — still in store, in production, on hold, in finished stock or shipped — with the orders, serials and customers to inform; and a material register of every material: maker, origin, importer, supplier, alternate and the part and place it is used.
  • NewRaw materials on Inventory: every lot on hand with its maker and origin, supplier and importer, received and expiry dates, shelf-life used and days left, value, store location and last storage check — nearest expiry first, filtered by expiring, blocked, storage alerts or imported — and what the stores need today.
  • NewA data sheet for every material: identity and origin, the technical and safety data sheets with their revision, the certificate type and the lot’s own certificate, key properties (grade, standard, strength, film thickness, pot life…), storage and handling, shelf life and where it is used.
  • NewThree new reports — Raw-material inventory & shelf life, Material traceability, Quality status — and a Decisions & actions report of every open recommendation with its owner, approver, deadline and expected impact.
  • NewBuild your own report: pick any sections — production, orders, machines, attendance, cost, materials, traceability, quality, decisions — or describe what you need in English or Arabic and the platform picks them; it becomes one report with one executive summary and one set of decisions and actions.
  • ImprovedEvery report now opens like one you would send: a cover with run ID, data cut-off and author, contents, an executive summary in sentences, key-figure cards coloured on target / watch / needs action, charts, the decisions that relate to it with owner, approver, deadline, impact and where each stands in the decision book, the actions its records call for, numbered detail tables, the data’s source and a prepared / reviewed / approved sign-off. Printed, it numbers its pages and turns wide tables to landscape; the CSV and Excel files carry the summary, decisions and actions too.

v1.48

Search engines and AI assistants find ManufactINS: Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read what it is, who it is for and what it does — and every product link in the footer works.

  • NewEvery demo request records where the visitor came from — Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, LinkedIn, an email campaign or a direct visit — from the first page they landed on, and the einsai leads inbox shows it with each request. First-party only: no cookies, no third-party scripts.
  • NewArabic pages search engines can find: every public page has its own Arabic address — /ar, /ar/explore, /ar/updates and each module at /ar/modules/… — linked to its English version, so an Arabic search finds the Arabic page.
  • NewA public page for every ManufactINS module at /modules — what it does, the stage it belongs to, the releases that changed it, and a demo request — so a search for exactly what a module does lands on it.
  • NewA brief for AI assistants at /llms.txt — what ManufactINS is, who it is for, what it does, the systems it works with and the questions buyers ask — built from the homepage’s own copy, so it never says more than the site does.
  • NewSearch engines get robots.txt, a sitemap of the public pages and structured data on the homepage — the company, the site, the product and its FAQ — and the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Apple are welcome by name. They redirected to sign-in before.
  • ImprovedThe homepage title and description say what ManufactINS is in the words buyers search for, in English and Arabic, and a shared link shows a card with the product, its headline and its address.
  • FixedThe VoiceINS and RagINS links in the footer and on What’s new went to addresses that do not exist; they open the products now.
v1.47

In the Document Reader, choose which project a document is for from a ranked list — each order and plant with the fields the document says that match its own data.

  • NewWhich project is it for? After a read, every order and plant you can file to is listed, best match first: “Strong match” when the document names the project’s code or one of its own records, “Possible match” when it only names the project, its client, a supplier or a person, and the rest after. Each choice shows its matches as “document field: value → the project’s field”, such as “PO number: PO-7001 → Purchasing · purchase order”.
  • ImprovedChoose a project with one click — “Use this project” — and the reading is placed there with its fields, values now and after, and screens. The list stays after you choose, and the chosen project says which of its fields the document matched. The same list appears for data input in Ask; only projects in your access are ever listed.
v1.45

Fixes from the 29 October staging retest: Sales Orders sorted by risk, the simulation baseline equal to the Overview, one worked time on every screen and in a new attendance report, sign-out that ends the session on the server, and client workspaces that show only the client’s own records.

  • FixedSales Orders, Sort: Risk — rows now run High, Medium, Low, On track, then most days late, earliest committed date and order number. The table ranked risk by its colour, which never matched, and read dates without their year, so it followed committed dates instead.
  • FixedSales Orders search and filters: fast typing keeps every character, a quick second change never brings back an earlier search or sort, the table says “Updating…” until the new view is shown, and reload, Back, Forward and saved links keep the view.
  • FixedScenario Simulation shows the plant’s output per day exactly as the Overview shows it, with its date; only modelled figures are rounded, they say so, and their exact value is on hover. A saved run keeps the source and its date with its baseline version and model.
  • FixedAsk: “What is the portfolio OTIF?” answers with the delivery cohort — 1,376 of 1,462 lines, its period and scope — instead of a portfolio summary or “not in the plant data”; in a compound question the health comparison stays with the health question; citations name the business source, not a code file.
  • ImprovedEvery answer says what became of the question: answered, checked with no such record, outside your access, not in the records, or could not complete — so an order number that does not exist is a resolved answer, not an unanswered question.
  • NewShift attendance & worked time, in Reports: every operator in scope with first clock-in, worked time, credited time and variance, read at the report’s own timestamp by the same calculation as the operator’s screen and Today’s Work — in HTML, CSV and Excel.
  • FixedSigning out ends that session on the server: on a shared terminal the same session can no longer be replayed or used from another tab, other people’s sessions are untouched, the sign-out is in the audit log, and Back after signing out does not show the previous screen.
  • NewClient workspaces show only the client’s records: Sales Orders, Production Orders, Inventory and Customer Delivery read the order-to-cash ledger; a screen built on the demonstration models says it has no data yet and what it needs; only reports from the client’s own records are offered; the header reads “Client records”.
v1.44

Choose the model that reads a document — Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, any model your keys can use — and read it again with another when it is not right.

  • NewRead with, in the Document Reader: Automatic reads with the model chosen for reading documents, unclear handwriting re-read on the strongest — or choose any model your live providers offer that reads pictures: every Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini model that Admin → AI → Pull all models lists, new releases included, each with what it is good at (the hardest handwriting, speed, cost).
  • NewNot right? After a read, read the same document again with another model in one step. The page, the text and the paperless copies come from the new read, and the screen says which model read it and that you chose it.
  • ImprovedA model you choose reads the document on its own — its closer look at handwriting included — with no quiet switch to another model; if it cannot read the file, you are told.
v1.43

The Document Reader reads a page as you see it — every field, table, picture, stamp and signature, what it means and where it sits — and takes a closer look at hard handwriting.

  • NewWhat is on the page, in the Document Reader: a photo or PDF is read as a page — each heading, field (its printed label kept apart from the value), table, picture or drawing, stamp, signature, tick box and handwritten note, in reading order, with what it means and what it is for, where it sits, whether it is handwritten and how sure the reader was. The photo shows every part outlined where it sits, and the text is the page read in order. Ask’s data input reads photos the same way.
  • NewHard handwriting, in Arabic and English: the reader knows the words a plant writes — heat number, WPS, إذن استلام, وردية, كجم — and how Egyptian handwriting writes them, Arabic-Indic digits included. A word it cannot settle is marked with its other likely readings, and one tap takes the right one; a correction carries into the full text. Parts it is unsure of get a closer look: re-read from enlarged close-ups on the model chosen for reading handwriting, called only when it is needed.
  • NewReading handwriting, a new task in Admin → AI → Model for each task: the most accurate model that reads pictures, chosen automatically — or by hand.
  • ImprovedA phone photo is turned upright and kept at 2,400 px on its long side — small handwriting stays legible — before it is read.
  • ImprovedPaperless copies carry the page: the Excel workbook has a sheet listing every part — where it sits, its kind, label, text, meaning, certainty and unsure words — and a sheet for each table found; the Word file and the PDF show the page part by part, pictures cut from the photo, unsure handwriting marked with its other readings, and which model re-read it.
v1.42

Every model your AI keys can use, read from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and ElevenLabs — new releases included — and the best one chosen for each kind of work.

  • NewPull all models (Admin → AI): paste each key, press Verify key — which now also reads every model that key can use — then Pull all models. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and ElevenLabs each list the models open to your account; any of them can be switched on and used first, and a model released since the last read is marked new. The lists are read again every morning at 06:00 (Cairo).
  • NewThe best model for each kind of work, chosen by the platform from every model your live providers offer, by quality, understanding, speed and price: answers (Ask, chats, WhatsApp and e-mail replies), reading documents (the Document Reader — it must read images and PDFs), hard calls (deeper analyses, settling answers that disagree), quick reads (sorting a floor update, placing data input) and speech. Each choice says why and names the runner-up; previews, experimental models and moving aliases are never chosen on their own. Choose any model by hand and it is kept while the provider still offers it; one button hands it back to the automatic choice.
  • ImprovedEvery AI call now runs on the model chosen for its kind of work, on the provider that offers it — and if that model refuses the request it is retried once on the provider’s own default before the next provider is tried. Answering together reconciles on the model chosen for hard calls.
  • FixedThe money in an order’s recommendation queue is counted once and by kind. The Autopilot queue and the role landing added every recommendation’s money together — the late-delivery penalty total, its own slices again (each late item’s money is part of it) and production still to invoice — so RSW-24 showed EGP 170.1M “at stake”. They now show the late-delivery penalties at stake (EGP 11.0M, counted once) and, separately, the production to invoice (EGP 152M — cash owed, not money at risk).
  • FixedMaintenance priced a day lost on the critical path at the whole-order penalty rate (RSW-24: EGP 868,800 a day). Under per-delivery terms a day lost delays the last delivery and costs its own share — EGP 36,200 on RSW-24, as the recommendations and Scenarios already priced it. One rule now prices a day of slip on every screen.
  • FixedWaiting decisions follow the order’s queue as it is now. A decision sent while an order’s files were still loading could name a recommendation the later files had already taken off the queue, or carry its old figures (a penalty of EGP 12.0M against today’s 11.0M) — and confirming it applied the old copy. A waiting decision now takes the queue’s current figures; one the data took off the queue is withdrawn (“nothing was done”) and no longer counts as waiting; confirming one is refused. A decision a filed document answers is kept.
  • FixedThe plants export names an uploaded order as an order and its data as uploaded — a file about RSW-24 alone said “Scope: 0 plants” and “Demonstration data” — and carries an order’s value and forecast exact in EGP, as its header says, instead of the screens’ figure rounded to EGP 0.1M.
  • ImprovedVerify key says why a provider refused a key — no credit on the account, or a key that must name its Anthropic workspace (set ANTHROPIC_WORKSPACE_ID) — instead of only the status code.
v1.41

Your weather and your time on every screen; every plant runs on its own clock and every time is shown on yours; and Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini can answer together.

  • NewThe weather and your local time — in the top bar on wide screens, and at the foot of the side menu on smaller laptops, tablets and phones: the time on your device’s clock with its zone named, and the weather where your network places you, or exactly where you are once you allow your location (rounded to about a kilometre, never stored). Open it for the clocks of the plants in view that run on another time zone.
  • NewEvery plant on its own clock: a plant’s day, shifts, plans, clock-ins, start-of-shift reminders, late checks and downtime report numbers run in its own time zone — Riyadh Sheet-Metal & Stamping on Riyadh time, the Egyptian plants on Cairo time. The zone comes from where the plant is; the owner can set it per plant in Admin → Plants and orders.
  • ImprovedEvery time shown on your clock, in one format: Today’s Work, an operator’s day, Live Operations, downtime reports, session activity, the audit log and Ask history show times in your own time zone (24-hour, your zone named on the screen), with the plant’s own time on hover when it differs — a 06:00–14:00 shift in Riyadh reads 07:00–15:00 to someone in Dubai. A paperless copy is stamped on the reader’s clock, its zone named.
  • NewAnswer together (Admin → AI, off until the owner switches it on): Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini answer the same question at once, with the same records. When they agree, the answer comes straight back; when they differ, one of them reconciles the answers against the records and lists where they differed. Ask, data input and the Document Reader say who answered, any model that timed out or failed, and whether they agreed or were reconciled — never “agreed” unless the platform found the answers the same. It costs one call per live model, plus one when they differ.
  • FixedSession activity and the audit log showed times on the server’s clock (UTC); “resolved today” and downtime report numbers used the server’s day; the weather feed answered without a sign-in. Each now uses the right clock, and the weather is for signed-in screens only.
v1.40

From paper to paperless: the Document Reader keeps what it read as an Excel, Word or PDF file the moment a document is read — before it is checked or filed.

  • NewPaperless copy in the Document Reader: as soon as a photo, scan, PDF or file is read, keep it as Excel (the details and fields, any table found in it on its own sheet, the full text line by line), Word (the same, with the photo of the paper) or PDF (a print-ready A4 page your browser saves as PDF, with searchable text). Each file uses the text and fields as they are on screen — your corrections included — says when it was read and by what, gives the AI model’s certainty only where a model read the fields, and is marked as an extracted copy not yet checked against the order or filed. Arabic documents come out right to left, with Arabic shaped correctly.
v1.39

Fixes from the 28 October staging retest: one worked-time figure on every screen, no more render errors on Today’s Work, readable team cards on a phone, plants named by name and code in reports, and figures that say what they count.

  • FixedAn operator’s own screen showed twice the worked time the team summary showed (Omar 3h 26m against 1h 43m): it added the shift still running on top of a total that already held it. Worked time is now one calculation for the operator’s screen, Today’s Work, Live Operations and reports — completed spells once, the running one once — and both screens show the same total, to the minute.
  • FixedA night shift is counted once, on the evening it began, and can be clocked out of after midnight; a second tap or a retry after a lost connection never opens a second spell; a supervisor’s correction must keep clock-ins and clock-outs alternating; the plant’s day follows Cairo time, not the server’s.
  • FixedToday’s Work no longer raises a render error (React #418) on a direct visit or a reload: clock times were shown in the server’s timezone and the browser’s, and the worked clock read the time while the page was being drawn. Times are now on the plant’s clock and live figures start ticking once the page is ready. Errors a browser meets are now reported to the server, for the owner to see.
  • ImprovedTeam cards on a phone: the name, status, equipment, progress, warnings and the “View their day” button stack and use the card’s full width, instead of squeezing the details into a narrow column — from 320 px phones to wide screens, in Arabic and with enlarged text. In Arabic the shift times read in the right order.
  • FixedAsk ManufactINS answers a numbered question as the numbered parts it asks: “1. What is OTIF, with its numerator, denominator and period? 2. Which plant owns SO-11701 and why is it late? 3. Why 86 here and 74 there?” comes back as three answers — not twelve fragments, “2 of 10 answered”. Sub-requirements stay with their part; “answer each part separately” and “do not change any data” are followed, not answered. Each part looks up its records and figures first (SO-11701: Beni Suef Powertrain, 20MnCr5 alloy steel short, awaiting Ezz Steel), shows its calculation and sources, and says how it was answered — from the records, by the AI model, or that something is not in the records. Two different measures are explained from their definitions, never made to match; the order book is given for the demonstration orders and the uploaded ones separately.
  • FixedReports name plants by their manufacturing name and PLT code — “Cairo Automotive Components (PLT-6OCT-01)” — in the report view, its CSV, Excel and HTML, instead of internal keys such as palm-tower-a; earlier reports are named the same way when opened.
  • ImprovedSales Orders: the table opens on the open orders, the same rows the “Open orders” tile counts, with “Delivered & shipped” and “All” one click away and their counts shown; the order book says it covers the demonstration orders and any uploaded ones.
  • ImprovedThe header’s “Weighted health” is now “Plant operational health”, with its definition: the plant register’s plan-weighted score, a different measure from the asset condition index the Overview shows for the machines. The header’s order book is labelled “Uploaded order book”.
  • ImprovedShift supervisors land on Today’s Work — the shift’s exceptions, who is in and the plan’s progress — and the floating Ask button no longer sits over the Ask page’s own box.
v1.38

The Document Reader shows what a document is, what it is for and exactly what it will fill — and files it on one Confirm. Ask’s data input takes a photo or a file and reads it the same way.

  • ImprovedThe Document Reader reads and places a document in one step and shows the result as a review: what the document is (its type is now read from it — choose one only if it gets it wrong) and what it is for, which order or plant it belongs to and the references that put it there, what it says, every field it will fill with its value now and after, the screens it updates (Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory, Decision Center…) and the waiting decisions it answers. When it is right, “Confirm and file” is the only step; when it is not, correct the text or a field and check again, or place it on another project.
  • NewData input in Ask ManufactINS takes a photo of a document with the camera (page guide and sharpness check, as in the Document Reader) or an uploaded file, reads it with OCR, and shows the same review — the photo’s preview stays in the chat.
  • FixedA document that does not state a status no longer resets one: a delivery note with no “Status” line marked its PO line “pending” instead of delivered, and an inspection page with no result could reopen a passed report. A delivery note that names its PO or material now records the delivery, and a field the document does not have is left as it was.
  • FixedThe Document Reader no longer shows a confidence figure when no AI model read the fields; the model’s own certainty is shown, per field, only when a model read them.
v1.37

Data input for any project in Ask ManufactINS: type it, say it or add the document — the platform tells you what it is and where it belongs, and files it there when you confirm.

  • NewData input in Ask ManufactINS: press “Data input — any project” and type what happened, record a voice note, talk it through in a voice chat, or add a document, PDF or photo. The platform says what it is (a delivery, a supplier delay, a production report, an inspection result, a payment, an absence, a machine down…), which order or plant it belongs to and why — the PO, operation, report, invoice, heat, person or machine it names, else the project you have selected — and exactly what filing it would change, including the waiting decisions it answers. Confirm files it with your role’s permissions; “Another project” places it elsewhere; Cancel leaves everything as it was. Only your own projects are ever considered.
  • NewWithout an AI model the platform’s own rules read what you write or say about an order’s records, in English or Egyptian Arabic: a PO delivered, shipped or late (by a date or by days), an operation’s % or its start and finish, an inspection or NCR closed, passed or rejected, a weld accepted or sent to repair, an invoice accepted or paid, a maintenance work order or safety item closed, a change approved. The Document Reader reads the same sentences; with Claude or ChatGPT on, anything a document says is filed.
  • ImprovedFloor updates are part of Data input — an absence, a machine down, pieces made or a new task go to the plant’s floor exactly as before, and earlier floor-update chats stay in the list and open as they were.
  • ImprovedAn order’s update history shows the notes filed on it, and a note sent through Data input that names nothing the order keeps is kept there.
v1.36

Every team account works its own plan: the people a decision is sent to can open it, approvers see what they must approve, and an account restricted to one order sees only that order.

  • FixedProduction managers and shift supervisors open Today’s Work — the team’s day they assign — and the “Today’s Work” link a floor update shows after Apply now leads there instead of to a locked screen. Accounts made before the change have it too.
  • FixedA recommendation a role agent sends before anyone holds that role on the order now reaches whoever is given the role later — it is in their bell, not only on the Decision Center — and the owner is told when a person confirms, rejects or undoes what an agent sent.
  • FixedThe company’s quotation history (win rate, bids by type) is read only by accounts that can open the Upload center; a shop-floor operator or a role without it is refused.
  • NewAsk ManufactINS keeps your chats like a chat app: a list of every conversation, titled by its topic and renameable, grouped by day and searchable across everything said; each chat has its own memory (Claude or ChatGPT is given that chat’s earlier turns, so “and the cost?” follows on) and its own files; projects group chats with shared instructions and files; old chats can be archived. Chats are kept on the server, so they follow you to any device.
  • NewFloor updates in Ask ManufactINS: say what happened — “Mahmoud is sick today”, «سارة عيانة بكره», «Weld-04 عطلانة», “Sara made 12” — and see exactly what would change before anything does: the absence recorded and each open job handed to a colleague on the same kind of machine with room in the shift (the rest named for your call), a downtime report filed, or the command applied. Apply runs it with your role’s permissions; Today’s Work then shows the person as absent.
  • FixedThe Live Operations command bar understands Egyptian Arabic, as its own example promised: «سجّل حضور محمود», «محمود عمل 40», «سارة خلّصت», «عمر بدأ», «مهمة جديدة لمحمود تركيب الفلانشة عاجلة», «مهمة تفتيش السلامة للكل» — names are matched to the operator by their sound (محمود ↔ Mahmoud), the confirmation comes back in Arabic, and a name that is not on the floor is asked about, never guessed.
  • Fixed“Ahmed made 40” on the command bar records 40 on the job in hand, as its example says, instead of looking for a job called “made 40”.
  • NewToday’s Work (was My Day) shows owners, managers and supervisors the whole team: every operator at the selected plants with their status, plan progress, jobs done of jobs assigned, planned time against the shift, time worked and the job running or next — and what is not in order first: nothing assigned, more or much less work than the shift holds, not clocked in after the shift started, behind plan, clocked in with nothing running, an urgent job queued behind lesser ones, more work left than shift left, jobs with no time, away from their zone. “View their day” opens that person’s own screen exactly as they see it; it refreshes every minute.
  • ImprovedMy Day is now called Today’s Work everywhere — the menu, roles, Admin and Order to Cash; operators still sign in to the same screen at the same address.
  • ImprovedThe homepage tour moves with the page: scrolling down takes the order through all thirteen stops, one short scroll each, from RFQ to handover — the tour stays in view under the header while it does, and clicking a stop or the arrows scrolls to it. Left alone, it plays itself stop by stop, and the next scroll carries on from the stop on screen; Pause stops it.
  • NewThe Document Reader files what it reads: Claude or ChatGPT reads the checked text against the selected order — its registers, POs, operations, heats and NCRs, and the decisions waiting for a person — and shows where each record goes. A delivery note marks its PO line delivered without touching its value, dates or operation; a mill certificate or NDT report updates the pieces it covers. You tick what to keep and file it; with no model on, the platform’s own rules read tables and “label: value” lines.
  • NewA document answers the decisions it is evidence for: a delivery note, a supplier’s confirmed date, a certificate number or an inspection result fills in the waiting confirmation. When the decision is yours it is confirmed as you file; otherwise its person is told, with the document quoted, and a role agent allowed to act may confirm it from that document — with Undo.
  • NewClaude and ChatGPT work the order through the platform’s own tools: read the order, its recommendations, decisions and registers; send, prepare, confirm or reject — each step as the person or role agent it acts for, with the same permissions and the same checks. Give the agents a goal on the Agents screen, and when a model is on, it reviews each role agent’s waiting items and adds a note for the person in English and Arabic.
  • ImprovedChatGPT now reads PDFs too (as a file part), so a scanned PDF is read by Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — whichever is first in Admin → AI.
  • FixedThe AI speaks manufacturing throughout: document reading, the action list, the voice-call agent and the document types it extracts now name customer POs, delivery and goods-received notes, mill certificates, NDT reports, shift reports and customs papers — no construction contracts, payment applications or site reports left over from the template.
  • FixedA weekly update with several files is checked as a whole: a production plan sent with the PO log that delivers its material is no longer warned that the material has not arrived.
  • NewRole agents: one for each job on an order — planner, supervisor, buyer, quality engineer, controller and HSE officer — working that role’s queue the moment the data shows something, with that role’s permissions. They send every item to the person with the confirmation filled in from the order’s records and the letter drafted; allowed to act, they carry out internal, reversible steps themselves (moving work to a free person, holding a suspect heat, raising a corrective action) with Undo. Facts about the outside world always stay with the person, and the time each side takes is measured on the Agents screen.
  • FixedArabic sentences write money the Arabic way («5.9 مليون جنيه», not “EGP 5.9M”) and a count of two after a preposition as the dual alone («بيومين», not «بـ 2 يومان»).
  • FixedWhoever starts a plant decision is no longer sent their own “confirm when done”; the person responsible still is.
  • FixedA module export for an order added on the platform points to the order’s own workbook instead of returning the plants’ reference rows.
  • ImprovedBill of Materials for an order started from its key facts shows its material list from the cost plan and the purchase orders — by material family and by tower and section, with quantities, values and what is received — labelled as derived, and the priced BOM when the order was created from one.
  • ImprovedFabrication Orders shows the selected uploaded order’s own work orders through its route, stage by stage from its production plan and shift reports, with the inspections and NCRs — instead of the demonstration board.
  • ImprovedFabrication Decisions shows the selected uploaded order’s start-readiness gates for the next three weeks and its own recommendations, each applied by the person responsible to confirm — instead of the demonstration inbox.
  • NewScenario Simulation runs on the selected uploaded order’s own plan: an extra shift on a work centre, a supplier’s dates moving or a work centre out for some days, re-forecast from the status date, with the last shipment, late-delivery penalties, cost and margin before and after.
  • NewOrder to Cash traces an order brought in through the Upload center from its own files — terms, production, dispatch and handover, invoices submitted, accepted, paid and overdue, cash — with a reconciliation that matches Sales Orders and Working Capital.
  • NewThe ManufactINS keynote, in English and Egyptian Arabic: 24 slides from the problem to the decision loop to how to start, each with its spoken script and stage cues, the screens captured live on a reference order — plus the script on its own.
  • ImprovedThe platform guide in Admin is ManufactINS’s own, in English and Arabic: how an order comes in, the decision loop, roles, projects and What’s new, then every screen shown live with its purpose, the files it reads, its figures and actions — rebuilt from the platform itself.
  • NewArchive or delete any project: the owner archives an order or plant from the Upload center or Admin — it leaves every screen, turns read-only and can be restored from the Archive — or deletes it for good after typing its code, which erases an order’s record, files, decisions and notifications and takes a demonstration plant off the workspace.
  • ImprovedThe homepage’s scroll cue is a clear copper button that takes you into the plant, and “programme” reads “program” everywhere.
  • ImprovedEvery ManufactINS release now also appears in the INSAI hub’s What’s new.
  • ImprovedLarge orders build their screens about 4× faster: the picture of a 64,000-record order takes about 0.5 s instead of 2.2 s, an update’s preview about 0.6 s instead of 2.9 s and applying it about 1.3 s instead of 5.4 s — with exactly the same figures and recommendations.
  • FixedThe planner, supervisor, buyer, quality engineer, controller and maintenance lead open the Decision Center, where the decisions sent to them wait for their confirmation — their notification used to lead to a screen their role could not open.
  • FixedThe approver a decision’s policy names — the plant controller for a plate purchase — sees and approves it even when its screen is not one of the role’s, and the role responsible for a decision can carry out and confirm what someone else approved.
  • FixedSearch under an account restricted to one order or plant no longer lists other plants’ machines and suppliers.
  • FixedAn account restricted to one order or plant no longer receives other orders’ summaries in the page behind the scenes, nor other plants’ operators on the first paint of Live Operations or in the My Day preview.
  • FixedOperators can be assigned to an order brought in through the Upload center, and Live Operations for that order shows the same people to the owner and to the order’s team.
  • FixedA job assigned with a priority the floor does not know is refused instead of stored — it used to take the operator’s My Day down.
  • FixedDowntime can be reported against an order brought in through the Upload center, so a team restricted to that order can file it.
  • FixedA shop-floor operator’s old session stops working as soon as their password, machine or plant changes — clocking, progress and downtime included, not only the page.
  • FixedUndo on a confirmed order decision shows only for whoever confirmed it and the owner — the others it used to show for were refused when they pressed it.
  • ImprovedA team member’s menu lists the screens of their role, and their profile, settings, What’s new and help open from it; the admin tools show for the owner and administrators only.
  • ImprovedThe homepage reads in one consistent spelling and plain English.
  • FixedA tower set counts as delivered only when its last section ships: a set whose top sections went out while its bottom sections wait for parts is no longer shown as shipped on time, so Sales Orders, Customer Delivery, Dispatch, Demand, the late-delivery penalties and “Can tower N ship?” give the same dates as the Master Plan.
  • Fixed“Invoice the production already done” counts invoices awaiting the customer’s acceptance as invoiced, the same figure Working Capital shows.
  • FixedEvery file uploaded on an order card is checked against the order the way an update is — dates after the status date, finish before start, more paid than accepted, repeated references, values below zero — and one with an error is not stored; a sheet longer than 20,000 rows is refused instead of being cut short.
  • FixedA reference repeated in one file (an invoice, a purchase-order line) is stored once, as the preview says, instead of being counted twice; a row with an amount but no reference is reported instead of skipped silently.
  • FixedThe update preview shows exactly what applying it gives, including the confirmed decisions the new files supersede; re-sending the full history of shift reports no longer warns that thousands go backwards, and a can rolled from two plates is a note, not a warning.
  • FixedAsk answers the order value (in Arabic too), what is invoiced, accepted and paid, and OEE from the order’s own records; the last delivery reads “on time — 4 days before the due date”, never “0 days after”.
  • FixedA part ordered for one tower section holds only that section’s work: a supplier date confirmed on a decision now releases the operation it feeds, instead of waiting for the sister section’s part.
  • FixedPredictions quotes the margin after late-delivery penalties from the amounts, so it reads the same as Profitability and Ask (16.5%, not 16.4%).
  • FixedDemand Planning measures the delivery rate achieved from the production start in the order terms, not from contract review.
  • FixedThe repeated-hazard safety recommendation says it counts near misses and unsafe acts; Scenario Simulation opens with a plant selected without a page error.
v1.35

Upload an order and the platform shows you around — and a decision changes the data only when the person responsible confirms it was done.

  • NewShow me around after upload: tick it on any upload — one file, an update pack, the sample order or an order from its bill of materials — and the platform walks through every screen the files now fill, in the order the work runs: the menu item, each part of the screen and the files it reads, and the actions it offers, ending on the notifications and Ask. Pause, step back, skip a screen or leave at any time; untick it to upload without the tour.
  • NewApplying a recommendation on an order sends it to the person responsible — the planner, supervisor, buyer, quality engineer, controller or HSE officer on that order — in their notifications and on their phone. Nothing changes until they confirm what was done (the supplier’s date, the certificate number, the day work started); then the order’s records update, every screen re-reads them, and whoever applied it is told what moved. “Not done” carries the reason, and Undo takes a change back out.
  • NewPlant decisions notify too: the approvers when approval is asked, the role that carries a decision out when it is approved or started, and whoever raised it when it is confirmed done.
  • ImprovedReadiness runs the decision-persistence, import and integration-status checks for real, and shows the production gates and the demonstration checks side by side.
  • ImprovedLarge orders read twice as fast: an order of 64,000 records across 19 files builds its screens in half the time.
  • ImprovedThe homepage’s What’s new always carries the latest platform release.
  • FixedInventory shares an open purchase order between the cost lines of its material instead of counting it once per tower; a heat is suspect only when an NCR, snag or failed result names it; letters to a supplier with several late lines on one order no longer clash.
v1.34

Built for the people who run the plant: role accounts with server-enforced permissions, decisions verified before they read Executed, an order-to-cash trail, and every screen accessible and phone-ready.

  • NewOperational role accounts — plant manager, production, quality, maintenance, HSE, planning, supply chain and finance — each allowed exactly what its role does, enforced on the server plant by plant, and landing on its own workflow after sign-in.
  • NewDecisions are sent, acknowledged and verified before they read Executed; recall and traceability approvals need their evidence attached.
  • NewOrder to Cash under Deliver: one order traced from order to cash, stage by stage, with its reconciliation — and a clean-client mode that keeps demonstration records out.
  • NewSupervisors pause, resume, correct and hand over work on Live Operations; shift and task states and downtime reports are enforced and traceable.
  • NewThe menu follows the work: Plan, Execute, Quality, Maintain, Deliver, Improve.
  • ImprovedAsk splits a question with several parts and says how each answer was produced; voice answers fully in Egyptian Arabic.
  • ImprovedOne definition of OTIF, on-time, in-full and OEE on every screen; every decision’s money carries one benefit category.
  • FixedNo WCAG 2.1 AA violations on the platform screens; nothing pushes a phone page sideways from 320 px; wide tables scroll inside their card; touch targets reach 44 px.
  • FixedThe independent security review’s findings are closed; live streams end when a session expires or an account is removed.
v1.33

One plant-qualified model behind every audited screen — the same record reads the same in every screen, answer and export, and decisions are recorded, governed and undoable.

  • ImprovedWorking Capital, Inventory, Demand, Procurement, CAPA, Scheduling, Capacity, NCR, Profitability, Products, Production Orders, Finished Goods, MRP, Traceability and Cost are built from each plant’s own records — balances are the sums of their invoices and lots, never a sample scaled to the plant. Other modules say plainly whose records they show.
  • NewDecisions are recorded on the platform: draft, approval requested, approved, executing, executed, failed or reverted — with permissions, one record per click, version checks, audit ids and an undo deadline. One automation policy for the Decision Center and Autonomous Operations.
  • ImprovedCapacity by work centre from each plant’s own lines: overtime is the hours above available, and work moves only to a centre that runs the same process.
  • ImprovedAsk finds any order, production order, CAPA, NCR, lot or invoice by its number, in English or Arabic, and answers with the screen’s own figures, the plant, the data date and a link.
  • ImprovedDecision Center lists every decision it counts, each with a stable code, and keeps annual savings, one-off savings, cash released, cash received sooner and losses avoided apart.
  • NewScenario simulation runs are saved and reproduce exactly; reports are stored files with their fingerprint, and are marked delivered only with a mail server’s acceptance.
  • FixedA bill of materials states cost, not order value; actual progress is unknown until production is recorded; duplicate imports are refused.
  • FixedAn open order’s forecast is never earlier than today; one gross margin everywhere; Overview’s production equals its chart and every screen counts the same machines.
  • FixedConnector status is the same in Settings and Connections, and readiness reports what each screen, answer and export actually produces — unexecuted checks read Unverified.
v1.32

Find anything by what you mean, not the exact name — and a sidebar that folds to icons when you need the room.

  • NewThe sidebar folds to a slim icon rail and back — the button in its header or the [ key — remembers your choice, and names each icon on hover.
  • NewFind by meaning: type how you would say it — “machine keeps breaking down”, “cash owed by customers”, “الطلبيات المتأخرة” — and go straight to the screen, the tab or the record that holds it.
  • ImprovedSearch is ranked by the AI the platform is connected to, including Azure OpenAI, with a one-line reason for each place; without an AI it still ranks by meaning.
  • NewKeyboard shortcuts: g then a letter jumps to a screen, / opens search, ? lists them all.
  • ImprovedTheme, language and interface design sit behind one display button in the top bar; your account, Settings and help behind one menu at the foot of the sidebar.
v1.31

Ask answers from each order’s own records, on the AI you choose — and every screen shows only the orders you select.

  • NewEach order has its own knowledge base: every upload, weekly update and linked email or WhatsApp message is added as it arrives. Ask, voice chat and the live call answer from the selected orders only — one or several.
  • NewPredictions and next steps from the order’s data: forecast delivery, cost at completion, margin, peak funding and late-delivery penalties, with the platform’s recommendations ranked by impact.
  • NewChoose the AI: Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, in the order you set in Admin, with ElevenLabs for voice — one sector prompt for all of them: Egyptian plants, OEE, MRP, welding and NDT standards, imported-input FX, customs, VAT and withholding.
  • NewProduction done but not yet invoiced is flagged with the amount to invoice.
  • ImprovedOne margin everywhere — revenue against cost at completion — and the signed order value wins over the bill of materials total.
  • ImprovedSelecting several orders shows each added order’s own data on every screen; sample figures never mix in. Exports of an added order download its workbook, and Decisions shows its own recommendations.
  • ImprovedArabic reviewed across the platform with the sector’s Egyptian terms and correct number agreement.
  • FixedDelay notices: one per event, counted only when the notice names the operation or its cause — no notice shown as both done and due.
  • FixedLate deliveries that have not arrived say so; no negative output targets; failed tests that were repaired no longer count as open; VAT shows as 14%.
  • FixedPages no longer break on a browser set to Arabic: numbers keep one format.
  • FixedSample order: shipped towers with their NDT and coating passed, a realistic order value and margin, and shop notes that match each stage.
v1.30

Connections & inbox: the platform wired to your email, WhatsApp, task tools, drives and business systems — replies suggested from the order data, sent only when you approve.

  • NewEmail: any company mailbox over IMAP/SMTP (cPanel, Zimbra, Exchange, or Gmail and Outlook.com with an app password), Gmail through Google sign-in, and Outlook / Microsoft 365 through Microsoft sign-in. Messages are pulled into one inbox, linked to their order by its code, name and references (invoice, PO, NCR, change and operation numbers), and each gets a suggested reply.
  • NewWhatsApp Business (Cloud API) receives the messages sent to the company number through a signed webhook and sends approved replies; Telegram, Slack and Microsoft Teams channels too.
  • NewSuggested replies answer from the order’s own figures — invoices, deliveries, production progress and delivery forecast, open NCRs, pending changes — in the sender’s language. With the AI provider on, the reply is written by the model from a fact sheet and told never to invent figures; without it, the platform recognises what is being asked and answers with the same facts. Every reply waits for approval — queue it, or approve and send after a confirmation — and every approval is logged.
  • NewTask tools: ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, monday.com and Odoo — create tasks from drafts and actions, and see their status here.
  • NewDrives and Microsoft 365: Google Drive (Google Sheets and Docs come in as Excel and Word), a Drive folder shared by link, OneDrive and SharePoint libraries, and Dropbox — browse folders, import a production plan, register or report straight into an order’s update, and save the order workbook back.
  • NewERP and CRM: Odoo purchase orders into an order’s procurement and HubSpot deals; SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, ERPNext, Infor, Epicor, IFS, MES (Opcenter, FactoryTalk, AVEVA), SCADA through an OPC UA or MQTT gateway, PLM, QMS, CMMS, Salesforce and Zoho through the platform’s signed webhooks — records posted to a secret URL are read exactly like an uploaded file, and the platform’s events (sent messages, created tasks) are pushed out signed with HMAC-SHA256 for Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n.
  • ImprovedMessages & letters can now go out through a connected service (queued for approval) or become a task in a connected tool.
  • ImprovedPasswords, tokens and sign-ins are stored encrypted per company and never shown again; nothing is sent from the platform without a person approving it.
v1.29

Try everything on a real-looking Egyptian order, send the week’s letters and messages from the data, and take the order back out in Excel.

  • NewSample order in the Upload center: WT-01 — ten wind-tower sets for a Gulf of Suez wind farm, built at an Ain Sokhna heavy-steel plant, about four and a half months into production — as the files a plant keeps: priced bill of materials, order terms, production plan and routing, cost plan, purchase orders, operator roster, daily production reports, UT/MT, dimensional and coating inspections and NCRs, engineering changes and claims, invoices, manufacturing data record, risks, the plant’s quotation history and a weekly update workbook. Load it in one click or download the files and upload them yourself. Dates move with the day you download, so it always reads as a live order.
  • NewEvery upload card has a “Sample” file beside its template — a filled-in example ready to upload — and the Update an order tab offers the sample weekly update workbook.
  • NewMessages & letters (Contracts, Sales orders, Procurement, NCR, Delivery, Working capital, Decisions and the Upload center): the week’s correspondence drafted from the order data — notices of delay inside their time bar, overdue invoices with the order’s remedies, requests to approve pending change requests and claims, supplier chases naming the operation a late delivery holds, NCR actions to the person responsible, shipping requirements, and the weekly production report. Each in English and Arabic as a letter, an email and a WhatsApp message; edit, then copy, open in email, open a WhatsApp chat (with the roster’s number when it has one) or download the letter as a Word document. Nothing is sent from the platform.
  • NewOrder workbook (.xlsx): the order as the platform has worked it out — summary and observations, the production plan re-forecast with float and critical path, each operator’s lookahead, the monthly cash flow with VAT and withholding, order deadlines, order terms review, replan options, late materials, quality hold points and risks — in English or Arabic.
v1.28

Production plans run on Egypt’s working calendar, cash flow carries Egyptian VAT and withholding, and order terms are checked for tax and duty changes.

  • NewEgyptian working calendar for every production plan: a six-day week with Friday off, Egypt’s public holidays (the national days, Coptic Christmas, Sham El-Nessim, both Eids, the Islamic new year and the Prophet’s birthday) and reduced output in Ramadan. Durations are working days, so forecasts skip rest days and holidays and stretch work in Ramadan. The plan lists the holidays and Ramadan still ahead, the working days each costs and the critical activities it falls on; the rest days, holidays and Ramadan output can be changed per project under Dynamic replan.
  • NewCash flow with Egyptian taxes: 14% VAT on each invoice, paid to the Tax Authority on the next month’s return (less input VAT) before a slow customer pays it, and 1% withholding deducted from every receipt. The funding peak includes them, and the screen shows the VAT carried for the customer at its peak and the total withheld.
  • NewOrder terms review now checks for a change-in-law, taxes and customs-duties clause, so a change in duties on imported steel and parts mid-order is passed to the price.
  • ImprovedQuotations now state that prices exclude 14% VAT, that the plan allows for Friday rest, Egyptian holidays and Ramadan, and that changes in taxes, duties or law adjust the price.
  • FixedUploads are hardened for production: an oversized or malformed workbook can no longer exhaust memory or stall the server, program and register files are read in bounded time, a damaged project file is set aside instead of being overwritten, and one unreadable file no longer fails a whole update.
  • FixedA login limited to some projects now sees tender intelligence learned only from the company history and its own projects, and only logins with access to every project can change the company tender history. Requests from other sites to change data are refused, and project updates up to 40 MB go through.
v1.27

Update orders with any files, price quotations from the plant’s history, review order terms, and plan the money, the operators, the deadlines and the quality.

  • NewUpdate an order with any files (Upload center → Update an order). Drop a weekly production pack, an updated production plan, shift reports, invoices or the inspection log. Each sheet is recognised, then checked on its own and against what the order holds — production going backwards, reports on operations the plan does not have, quantities beyond target, more paid than accepted, dates out of order — and compared row by row. Before anything is applied the screen shows what the update moves: progress, forecast completion, lateness, cost at completion, penalty exposure, health, open NCRs and cash. Every update is logged with its effect.
  • NewQuotation intelligence (Quotations, Opportunities). Upload the plant’s quotation history — price, margin, winning price, won or lost, and for won orders the final margin, overrun, days late, penalties and lessons. With the orders on the platform as outcomes, each quotation gets the win rate of similar quotes, how far above the winner lost quotes were, a win chance fitted at every margin, the margin with the highest expected profit, a contingency from how similar orders overran, a lead-time buffer, history with the same customer, the lessons that apply, and the cases a quotation must cover — downloadable as a quotation summary.
  • NewOrder terms review (Contracts, Quotations, Margin). Payment terms, late-payment interest, retention, down payment, late-delivery penalty and its cap, steel and forging price adjustment, exchange rate for imported parts, force majeure, liability cap, performance bond, delay notice period, the right to hold for non-payment, cancellation for convenience, warranty and disputes — each checked, with the position to negotiate, the money at stake and the margin left after the terms’ risk.
  • NewFinancial and operator plan (Master plan, Capacity, Working capital, Cost). A monthly cash flow from the plan, cost and payment terms with the peak funding need; a 12-week operator load showing who is busy, free, double-booked and which operations have nobody on them; and a named suggestion for each unassigned operation, matched on skill, availability and how each operator has delivered so far.
  • NewOrder obligations (Sales orders, Contracts, Delivery): notices of delay from every production report on hold, decisions to chase on pending changes and claims, payments due on each accepted invoice, the next invoice, milestones and items required to ship — overdue first.
  • NewQuality and rework (Quality, NCR, CAPA): rework rate and cost by process, first-pass yield by month, and a hold-point inspection before every operation starting in the next three weeks in a high-rework process or on a component with open NCRs.
  • ImprovedThe data-sources strip on an order brought in from its files lists those files and when each was uploaded, instead of “sample data”.
v1.26

Bring any order in from its own files — new from RFQ, or already in production — and every screen fills in.

  • NewUpload center (Planning & Orders → Upload center). Start a new order from its priced BOM or just its key facts, or bring in an order already in production. Then upload its files as you have them, on tabs that follow the order: customer PO & terms, order changes & claims, production plan / routing, materials & purchasing, cost plan & actuals, invoices & payments, operators, production reports, inspection, NDT & NCRs, dispatch documents and risk register.
  • NewReads the files the plant already keeps: Excel workbooks (.xlsx, every sheet tried, percentage formats read as shown), CSV, Primavera (.xer) and MS Project (.xml) schedules, and PDFs or photos of a register through the AI reader. Headers can be English or Arabic; a routing in standard hours becomes days. Every file is previewed first — matched columns, skipped and repaired rows, the first rows as stored — and nothing is saved until you confirm. Replace or add to what is there; templates for every kind are one click away. The BOM import now takes Excel directly too.
  • NewOrder tracking from the uploads: the production plan is scheduled with its links (finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, lags) and re-forecast from the status date — % complete against planned, lateness against the delivery due date, critical operations, and how many run in parallel. Cost plan and actuals give earned value, CPI and cost at completion; the PO terms give late-delivery penalty exposure (capped) and warranty end; invoices give the cash position and what is overdue; inspection records give first-pass yield and open NCRs; the dispatch list gives shipping readiness.
  • NewA work plan for every operator from the roster and the plan’s assignments — names, badge numbers or teams — for the next three weeks, with today’s operations and whether each person is on track, behind or free. Dynamic replanning: late starts, operations running slower than their date needs (at the rate actually achieved), overlap options re-forecast before you accept them, operators on too many operations with a named colleague free to take one, materials arriving after the shop floor needs them, and what each day late costs. Accept and the whole plan re-forecasts; undo as easily.
  • ImprovedEvery module shows an uploaded order’s own data instead of “No live records”: Master plan, Scheduling and Capacity its plan, replan and operator plans; Sales orders and Contracts its PO and changes; Cost, Margin and Working capital its cost and invoices; Procurement, Suppliers and Inventory its materials; Shop floor and Live Operations its production reports and plans; Quality, NCR and Traceability its inspections; Delivery and Dispatch its dispatch list. Portfolio figures for the order (progress, forecast, lateness, health, headcount, risks) come from the uploads, and the sample header figures are hidden for it.
  • FixedInventory, Suppliers, Master plan, Shop floor, OEE, Machines, Quality, Sales orders, Delivery, Predictions and Predictive maintenance no longer show the demonstration plants’ sample figures relabelled for an imported order — they show its own data, or say what to upload.
  • FixedThe import screen’s sector list now uses the sector names the plant routes understand, so an imported casting, packaging, appliance, pressure-vessel or transformer-tank order gets its own process route instead of the generic one.
v1.25

Photograph a document with your phone, tablet or laptop camera and read it straight away.

  • NewThe Document Reader now takes document photos with a live camera on a phone, tablet or laptop. Before, laptops only opened a file picker. Before the browser asks, the screen explains why the camera is needed. If access is already allowed the camera opens straight away. If it is blocked, the screen shows how to unblock it on that device.
  • ImprovedThe camera uses the rear lens on phones and tablets and the built-in camera on laptops. It has a page guide, a switch-camera button and the torch where the device has one. Each shot gets a sharpness and lighting check before it is read. Photos now keep 2000 px on the long edge, up from 900, so delivery notes and count sheets read reliably. With no https or no camera, the device's camera app or a photo upload is offered instead.
v1.24

Stages that run at the same time are shown at the same time.

  • ImprovedManufacturing process on the Overview is now a flow view: every stage runs at once on different units, each showing what it has cleared of today’s plan and the units queued in front of it, with the deepest queue marked as the bottleneck — instead of one batch walking down the line. Illustrative sample flow.
  • FixedThe fabrication board counts every stage being worked on a component, not just its furthest one, so work in progress by stage is complete when welding and machining (or blasting and painting) run in parallel; orders list all their active stages, e.g. "Welding + Machining".
  • ImprovedThe demo fabrication orders show real overlap: a tower section’s first cans welded while plates are still cut, nozzles machined while welding continues, and blasted zones primed while blasting goes on.
v1.23

Every card answers when you press it, and the Overview is yours to arrange.

  • NewCustomize the Overview: choose which key figures sit in the top row from a catalogue (PM compliance, MTTR, schedule adherence, open NCRs, attendance, energy per unit, cash conversion cycle and more — each read from the screen that owns it), drag them into order with the first leading, and show, hide or reorder the sections — including new OEE, quality and OTIF trend cards. Saved in your browser; Reset restores the default.
  • ImprovedEvery KPI tile is interactive: hovering shows where it goes ("Open OEE"), pressing opens that screen. A tile with no screen of its own — such as Impact at stake on the Decision Center — opens a short explanation: what it means, how it is worked out and what makes it up, with links into each part.
  • ImprovedProduction vs plan is now a plan-attainment chart: one row per line with its attainment and status (on plan, slipping, behind), the plan marked as a line, the overall % of plan on top, full figures on hover, and every line opening the shop floor.
  • ImprovedCalmer, clearer tiles: a copper edge and soft wash on hover, labels that never get covered, and sparklines that no longer run off the edge on phones.
v1.22

Your nearest office, detected automatically — and every release, on the public News & updates page.

  • ImprovedThe website now works out your country by itself — from your time zone, language and network — without asking for permission, and shows a small "Your location" note you can confirm or change. Sharing your device's exact location stays optional, and it never leaves your device.
  • ImprovedOn the Immersive homepage, the quick-navigation dock stays on screen for the rest of the page once you have scrolled past the opening scene.
  • NewNews & updates now lists every ManufactINS release — what was added, improved and fixed — under the latest news, with a link to news from every InsAI platform.
  • FixedDates in the news bar and on News & updates no longer show a day early for visitors in the Americas.
v1.21

Charts that fit their data, and KPI rows that lead with what matters.

  • ImprovedEvery KPI row leads with its most important figure at display size, in every design theme — OEE on the OEE screen, on-time delivery on Suppliers — with the supporting measures beside it and no empty cells.
  • ImprovedEvery KPI says what it means: tiles without their own caption now show a plain definition (OEE, MTTR, OTIF, MAPE, days of inventory…), in English and Arabic. Labels are sentence case and easier to read.
  • ImprovedThe A × P × Q waterfall and the trend charts are drawn at the card's real width with readable labels; every loss step shares one loss colour and the OEE result stands out.
  • FixedColours mean one thing: defect categories, cost elements and the unit-cost split use a colour-blind-safe identity palette, losses and defects are ranked largest first, and red/amber/green appear only where they mean good, attention or critical.
v1.20

Stronger protection on the demo form and sign-in, and every demo request now reliably reaches our team.

  • ImprovedThe demo-request form now screens out bots, spam and malicious input automatically — with invisible checks that run in the background while you type, so genuine visitors never see a puzzle or an extra step.
  • ImprovedSign-in is better protected: repeated wrong passwords temporarily lock that account, and requests from other websites are refused.
  • ImprovedA repeat request with the same email is now recorded alongside the earlier one instead of replacing it, and older requests are archived rather than dropped.
  • ImprovedEvery demo request is delivered to the Epsilon team securely and re-sent automatically until it is confirmed — so a request is not lost if the connection to our team drops for a while.
  • NewAdmin → "Form security & sync" shows blocked attempts, temporary blocks and delivery status, with a "Sync now" button.
v1.19

The homepage becomes a guided plant tour, with an interactive Explore page and location-aware contacts.

  • NewThe Immersive homepage now walks you through a running plant: the AI picks up each machine’s signal and the real ManufactINS screens (sample data) rise above the floor, followed by a tour of one order from tender to handover, module by module — each stop shows honestly whether that capability is live, partial or planned.
  • NewThe public Explore page is now a visitor centre: an interactive explorer of the six real platform screens (who uses each one and what it reads), the lifecycle tour, the AI decision walkthrough, the demo journey and the request form.
  • NewA Global offices section with a world map: your nearest office is picked from your choice, your device location (only if you allow it) or your country, with one-tap call, WhatsApp and email. Contact details everywhere follow the selected office.
  • NewAn Industries explorer (17 sectors and the process screens each one gets), a FAQ, interactive cards you can step through, and freshly retaken platform screenshots.
  • ImprovedWhich homepage design visitors see is now chosen centrally by the Epsilon team, and demo requests carry the full details (page, country, role, message, language) to our team.
  • ImprovedThe bottom navigation dock follows the page order and only appears once you have scrolled past the opening section; the header fits even the smallest phones.
v1.18

Two new homepage designs: Editorial and Immersive.

  • NewAn "Editorial" homepage — the same story led by real product screens, with problem-to-outcome rows and capability spotlights.
  • NewAn "Immersive" homepage — a MANUFACTINS//OS operations-console design with a factory-schematic backdrop, an interactive step-by-step AI scenario, and an animated factory-line tour. Available in light and dark, and motion stays still for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
  • ImprovedAll homepage designs carry the same content and claims, in English and Arabic, and illustrative scenarios are clearly labelled as such.
v1.17

One source of truth for orders, and figures that reflect the Egyptian market.

  • FixedEvery screen now reads orders from one shared record, so an order’s risk, status, dates and value — and the number of orders at risk — match across the Overview, Sales Orders, Production Plan and Customer Delivery.
  • FixedSample figures are tuned to realistic Egyptian levels: plant OEE now sits in a typical local range (portfolio around 69%, below the 85% world-class target), aluminium price and daily wage corrected, and margins labelled as operating margins.
  • FixedCapacity shows each real production line once (no more phantom Line 4/5/6), and portfolio machine counts add up across every plant.
  • FixedOne demo date across the platform: orders already past their committed date are shown as late, and no shortage is "needed by" a date that has passed.
  • FixedReports now show manufacturing content — production vs plan, OEE, OTIF, first-pass yield, standard vs actual cost and margin.
v1.16

Operators report machine downtime and maintenance sees it live — plus richer charts and clickable cards.

  • NewOperators can report a machine stoppage from My Day in a few taps (category, cause, note). It lands in a live maintenance inbox on Machine Intelligence, where maintenance acknowledges, starts and resolves it.
  • NewOpen stoppages appear on the Production Plan with an estimate of machine-hours lost so far, and reported machines flip to "Down" on the machine tiles and running-machines count.
  • NewFor eight-stage fabrication plants, the Quality screen shows the live release gate — first-pass yield, release-ready, open holds and NCRs, and which orders are blocked.
  • ImprovedCharts have soft area fills and gradient bars, and summary cards across the main dashboards are clickable as a whole to open the detail screen.
v1.15

Easier navigation: eight activity groups, Favourites, Recent pages and a role focus on the Overview.

  • ImprovedThe menu is organised into eight everyday activities — Today, Planning & Orders, Materials, Production, Quality & Maintenance, Delivery, Performance and Intelligence — instead of thirteen departments. Nothing was removed.
  • NewFavourites (pin any screen with the star) and Recent pages sit at the top of the menu for one-click return.
  • New"Your focus" on the Overview: pick your role (plant manager, planner, quality, maintenance, procurement, executive, operator) and see that role’s key questions as direct links, with live counts. It changes what you see first, not what you can open.
  • ImprovedThe Overview puts exceptions first: six KPIs in a clean grid, then the AI brief and actions. The process tracker now shows each plant’s own sector route (e.g. pharma: dispensing → granulation → coating → QC release), and each stage opens the matching place.
  • ImprovedSales Orders is a full-width workspace with search, status and risk filters and sorting; the Decision Center reads as a ranked queue; the top bar keeps only the essentials, with language and theme in the menu.
  • FixedOn phones the "Ask ManufactINS" button is compact and no longer covers content, KPI numbers stay on one line with their units, and KPI names wrap instead of being cut off.
v1.14

Manufacturing language throughout — the AI copilot, standards, imports and demo presets.

  • ImprovedThe AI copilot now speaks as a manufacturing expert and is grounded in manufacturing standards — ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, welding, pressure-equipment, NDT, pharma GMP, ISO 45001/14001/50001 and the Egyptian regulators.
  • ImprovedImporting data now means a Bill of Materials or an order, in English or Arabic, with manufacturing sample files and fields (plant sector, production start, delivery date, order value).
  • ImprovedOne-click demo account presets are manufacturing types: automotive, pharmaceutical, heavy fabrication and multi-plant group.
  • ImprovedLive Operations is fully in Arabic, including the command bar (with Egyptian-Arabic speech), alerts and plan items.
  • ImprovedProject Mail drafts now have a Copy button and state clearly that the platform does not send email itself.
  • FixedAutonomous-operations examples and the AI confidence meter no longer show construction content or an invented track record.
v1.13

Figures reconcile across screens, and labels say honestly what is sample data.

  • FixedMetrics you flip between now agree: OEE loss breakdown, energy intensity, maintenance compliance, inventory value and days, machine health, fleet size, and delivery status vs the production forecast.
  • FixedAsk ManufactINS gives the same OEE as the dashboard, with the reporting period, method and source.
  • FixedShop Floor and Production Plan totals are calculated from the orders themselves, and each order shows the same product and customer on every screen.
  • ImprovedMachines and Shop Floor state plainly that their figures are sample data (a live controller feed is connected during a pilot), and Reports label the distribution list as illustrative until email is configured.
  • FixedFabrication evidence uses readable names, and makes clear that ticking a record is not an inspection result — release still needs an authorised QA signature.
  • FixedA broken set of links left over from older screens now opens the right manufacturing pages, and a visual-inspection rate with no inspections reads "Not yet measured" instead of 0%.
v1.12

The Enterprise design matures — phone-friendly tables, bigger numbers and a cleaner menu.

  • ImprovedOn phones, tables across the main screens (orders, shop floor, delivery, suppliers, inventory, quality, maintenance, planning, market prices) turn into easy-to-read cards instead of scrolling sideways.
  • ImprovedBigger, clearer KPI numbers with a dominant headline figure and trend sparklines on the Overview.
  • ImprovedLarger touch targets and form fields that no longer zoom the page on phones; operators get bigger +/− quantity buttons and a clear "Produced X of Y pcs" count.
  • ImprovedA premium dark menu rail with an always-visible logo, the full navigation, and settings and admin links moved into Settings and Admin so the menu has room.
v1.11

A calmer Enterprise design option, and every screen explains itself.

  • NewA new "Enterprise" interface design in Settings → Appearance — flat, calm and focused, keeping the ManufactINS brand colours and every workflow unchanged.
  • NewPlain-language "?" help on every screen and section, in English and Arabic, explaining what it shows and how to use it — no training needed.
  • FixedOrder risk now ranks correctly (more days late means higher risk), OTIF can no longer exceed 100%, and the Overview reasoning, production-vs-plan and OEE explanation follow the selected plant.
  • ImprovedBranded error and not-found pages, size limits on uploads, and stricter sign-in configuration checks.
v1.10

Market Intelligence, Project Mail, a Document Reader and photo-based quality inspection.

  • NewMarket Intelligence: the live USD/EGP rate, material prices adjusted to it (an estimate based on how dollar-linked each material is), Egyptian economy indicators with their dates and sources, and live raw-material, market and industry news.
  • NewDocument Reader: upload or photograph any document — PDF, Word, image or text, printed or handwritten, any language. You check the full text and the extracted fields before anything is applied, and every change can be undone. Live recognition uses the AI provider enabled in Admin → AI; otherwise a sample reading is shown.
  • NewProject Mail: emails are matched to the right plant, the proposed change is shown with its impact, and a reply is drafted for you to review. Runs on a sample inbox until a mail connection is set up; nothing is applied without your click.
  • NewOptional photo capture for operators (at clock-in, job start and finish) and a Visual inspection tab that grades photos against approved reference images. Off by default and switched on by the owner; a person accepts or rejects every result.
v1.9

Eight-stage fabrication tracking, and every plant shows its own data and process.

  • NewFabrication (8-stage): track each order through material preparation, cutting & fitting, welding, machining, assembly, sandblasting, painting and inspection & release — with tablet capture, holds, NCRs, rework, evidence records, automatic dashboards and a decision inbox. Release always needs a person; it runs on sample data.
  • NewThree heavy-fabrication plants — wind towers & heavy steel, pressure vessels & tanks, and transformer tanks — added to the plant list with their own operations, decisions and insights.
  • NewEach plant gets process screens for its own sector — e.g. Weld Map & NDT for a welding plant, Batch Records and Granulation for pharma, Melt & Pour for a foundry.
  • ImprovedSelecting one plant, several plants or all plants now changes every screen — machines, orders, decisions, quality, planning, suppliers, inventory, Live Operations and the AI answers. Plants still being commissioned show that state instead of borrowed figures.
v1.8

Managers can steer the floor by click, text or voice, with a live plan and critical path.

  • NewAsk ManufactINS command bar on Live Operations: type or say what happened ("Omar finished the weld") and the platform records it — clock in/out, progress, quantities, new tasks, reassignments, reprioritising — with a log of recent changes.
  • NewA dynamic plan and critical path that recompute on every update: projected finish, on-time %, the line that gates the plant, and one-click recommendations such as starting an idle job or moving work to a line with slack.
  • NewRole-based team accounts: choose a manufacturing role (quality engineer, planner, plant manager…) and that person sees only the screens for their work.
  • NewOptional work zones: alerts when a worker who has shared their location leaves their zone or enters one they should not be in.
  • NewCamera support: where a camera is installed and connected, attendance and produced quantities can be recorded automatically; without one, the operator’s My Day is used.
v1.7

Shop-floor operators get "My Day", and supervisors get Live Operations in real time.

  • NewMy Day for operators: a phone-friendly screen with their machine’s daily plan, clock in/out, start and complete jobs, record quantities, and an on-track / ahead / delayed status.
  • NewLive Operations for supervisors and managers: every operator’s status, plan progress, delays and bottlenecks, by location — updating the moment something changes.
  • NewOwners can create and manage operator accounts in Admin (machine, area, plant, supervisor, password reset).
  • NewNotifications on phone or laptop (once you allow them): clock-in and clock-out reminders from the shift plan, and alerts to the supervisor when a shift starts late or a clock-out is missed.
  • ImprovedOperators see a simplified screen with only what they need.
v1.6

Platform search, the Ask page and data import, plus fixes for admin saving and mobile layout.

  • NewPlatform-wide search, a dedicated Ask page, and a data import screen; the Overview, Decision Center, Machines and OEE read from the shared plant data.
  • NewAsk ManufactINS answers machine, OEE and work-order questions directly from the plant records.
  • FixedCreating presenters and administrator accounts in Admin no longer fails with "Could not reach the server".
  • FixedThe homepage header and KPI tiles fit properly on phones, tablets and laptops, so the "Request a demo" button is never cut off.
v1.5

A more professional homepage, real screenshots on Explore, and owner-created admin accounts.

  • ImprovedThe homepage adds a "Why Epsilon" block (since 2015, ISO 27001/9001/21001 and ITIDA), a trust strip under the hero, signed client-recognition letters, Cloud / On-premise / Hybrid options, and an honest early-access note. Sample figures are labelled as illustrative.
  • NewThe public Explore page shows the real platform screens on sample data, so visitors can preview ManufactINS without signing in.
  • NewThe owner can create full-access administrator accounts from the Admin console.
  • ImprovedSharper, high-resolution screenshots with sample company names blurred; images open in an on-page viewer.
v1.4

A clear, Epsilon-managed demo journey and a simpler demo form.

  • NewThe Explore page explains the demo journey step by step — request, a call from Epsilon, a walkthrough on sample data, time-limited personal access, then discovery, pilot and production.
  • Improved"Register for an account" is now "Request a guided demo"; the form creates no account. Phone/WhatsApp, country and website are optional, with a clear privacy notice.
  • ImprovedThe value section now speaks manufacturing — OEE, downtime and predictive maintenance, quality and yield, material cost and FX, capacity — clearly labelled as an illustrative scenario.
v1.3

Tighter access control on the live platform.

  • ImprovedThe shared demo login no longer works on the live platform; access is issued individually by Epsilon.
  • ImprovedWhen access is revoked or expires, data export and AI questions stop immediately as well.
v1.2

Real product screens on the homepage, and a live News & updates feed.

  • NewThe homepage showcases six real ManufactINS screens — Plant command center, OEE, Predictive maintenance, Shop floor, Quality & traceability and Inventory — each with what it does for you. Names in the images are blurred.
  • NewA moving news bar and a News & updates page show the latest ManufactINS updates.
  • NewA "Platform homepage" link inside the workspace and on the sign-in page.
  • ImprovedThe product name is written consistently as ManufactINS, and the language and region controls keep a fixed size when switched.
  • FixedAn enlarged image could trap the visitor; it now always closes with a click, the ✕ or Escape.
v1.1

The homepage in Arabic, contacts that follow your region, and links to the whole Insai family.

  • NewThe marketing homepage is fully available in Arabic (right-to-left), like the platform itself.
  • NewA region control in the header: pick your country (or Global) and the contact details — phone, email, WhatsApp — follow it, with your office featured.
  • ImprovedThe footer links every Insai product and the client showcase.
  • ImprovedA clearer browser-tab icon that stays crisp in dark mode.
v1.0

ManufactINS is live — the intelligence layer across the manufacturing lifecycle.

  • NewPlant Overview / Command Center: production, OEE, OTIF, orders at risk, machine health and margin at a glance, with an AI executive brief and ranked recommended actions.
  • NewProduction: Machines, OEE, Shop Floor, Production Orders and Traceability — live floor state, availability/performance/quality with loss drill-down, and supplier-batch-to-finished-product genealogy.
  • NewMaintenance: Asset Health, Predictive Maintenance, Work Orders and Spare Parts — health scores, remaining useful life and failures predicted from sensor trends, with the window to act.
  • NewQuality: inspections and first-pass yield, Non-Conformance and CAPA, with probable root cause suggested from history.
  • NewPlanning & supply: Demand, Master Plan, Capacity, MRP and Scheduling, plus Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory and Warehouses — shortages and bottlenecks flagged before they bite.
  • NewCommercial, financial and delivery: Sales Orders, Quotations, Contracts, Cost Control, Profitability, Working Capital, and Customer Delivery with OTIF and late-delivery risk.
  • NewIntelligence: a Decision Center, predictions and recommendations — each with evidence, confidence and financial impact, and a person approving anything that matters.
  • NewBilingual (English / Arabic) with light and dark themes, on the ManufactINS industrial-copper identity. Deploys cloud, on-premise or hybrid.
