Inventory management software for factories, lot by lot

ManufactINS is inventory management software for factories that follows raw materials lot by lot — maker and origin, supplier and purchase order, receipt and incoming check, certificate, store location, expiry and shelf life left — and issues the lot nearest its expiry first. It serves plants in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC, in Arabic and English, alongside the ERP that keeps your stock accounts.

What the inventory management software for factories does

  1. Every lot on handMaker and origin, supplier and importer, received and expiry dates, shelf life used and days left, value, store location and the last storage check.
  2. Nearest expiry firstLots listed by expiry, filtered by expiring, blocked, storage alerts or imported — and what the stores need to do today.
  3. A data sheet for every materialTechnical and safety data sheets with their revision, the certificate type and the lot’s own certificate, key properties, storage and handling, and where it is used.
  4. Slow and dead stockStock older than 90 days and excess or obsolete items, listed so they can be used, sold or written off.
  5. Materials and purchase orders on your ordersUpload an order’s materials and purchasing: supplier, PO, the date the shop needs it, the promised delivery, origin, customs duty and import status — and late materials show against the plan.
  6. The shelf-life reportA raw-material inventory and shelf-life report as HTML, CSV and Excel, ready to send.

Set up in your pilot

  • Your store’s own lot records are brought into the lot ledger in the pilot; on your orders the Upload center already reads your materials, purchase orders and traceability register.
  • Your label printers and the codes already on your lots and orders are matched in the pilot; scanning with a phone camera or a handheld scanner, and printing Code 128 and QR labels, work from the first day.
  • Computed safety stock and reorder points are set up in the pilot; stock valuation and accounting stay in your ERP.

In Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC

Egypt

Values in Egyptian pounds; imported materials carry their importer of record, country of origin, customs duty and import status.

Saudi Arabia

Amounts show in riyals with their pound and dollar value on hover — set up for your plants in the pilot — and a Riyadh plant’s store dates fall on its own working days.

UAE and the GCC

Works in Arabic and English for a plant in the UAE, with stock values in dirhams set up in the pilot.

How to choose

  • Lot level, not item levelExpiry, certificates and recalls live on the lot; item-level stock cannot answer which lot went where.
  • Shelf life and first-expiry issuePaints, adhesives, resins, food and pharma inputs expire; the software should issue the nearest expiry first and warn before it lapses.
  • Certificates attachedA lot’s certificate and data sheet should be one click from the lot, not in a separate folder.
  • How it meets your ERPKnow how your ERP is connected in the pilot, and which system keeps the stock accounts.

Frequently asked questions

What is inventory management software for a factory?

Software that tracks raw materials, work in progress and finished goods by location and lot, so the plant knows what it has, what expires and what to order.

Does it track shelf life and expiry?

Yes: each lot shows its received and expiry dates, shelf life used and days left, and the nearest expiry is issued first.

Does it support barcode scanning?

Yes. The scan button beside search reads Code 128, Code 39, EAN/UPC, QR and DataMatrix from a phone or tablet camera, a handheld scanner or typing, and opens the lot, batch, order, material, machine or NCR it names. On My Day an operator scans the lot at the machine and is told whether it is on the job’s material list; managers see every scan on Traceability. Lots, orders, materials and machines print Code 128 and QR labels. Any other number on a lot — certificate, GRN or purchase order — can be typed into the material trace.

Does it work with Odoo?

Yes. Odoo — like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics — is connected during the pilot, for purchase orders and tasks.

Does it work with our ERP?

Yes. It works alongside your ERP — SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo — which is connected during the pilot for purchase orders and tasks, while the ERP keeps the ledger, payroll and e-invoicing.

How much does it cost, and is there a free version?

Access starts with a guided demo: the Epsilon team shows ManufactINS on demonstration plants, then agrees a pilot on one plant or one line, with its scope, measures and price set up front. Requesting a demo never creates an account.

ManufactINS is not self-serve: the Epsilon AI team walks you through it on sample data, then arranges individual, time-limited access. Sending the request never creates an account. In English and Arabic.
