Manufacturing traceability software, from maker to customer

ManufactINS is manufacturing traceability software that follows any material lot — by lot, heat or batch number, certificate, goods receipt, purchase order, serial or customer — from the company that made it to the order, part, stage and customer it reached. For manufacturers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC, it works out the recall scope of a lot down to the unit.

How the manufacturing traceability software works

  1. Search any numberLot, heat or batch, certificate, goods receipt, purchase order, material code, order, serial or customer.
  2. The material’s passportWho made it and in which country, the importer of record, the supplier and purchase order, the receipt and incoming check, the certificate, and the store and its last check.
  3. Every issue to productionThe part, stage and serial each issue became, and the customer it reached.
  4. Recall scope, to the unitStill in store, in production, on hold, in finished stock or shipped — reconciled, with the orders, serials and customers to inform.
  5. Mill certificates on your own ordersThe traceability register reads heat numbers and mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) per plate, section or part, with NDT reports; a scanned certificate is read by the Document Reader and filed after you confirm.
  6. Connected in the pilotLot and serial records from your MES and ERP are connected in the pilot; before that, traceability on your own orders runs from your uploaded traceability register and scanned certificates, and the demonstration plants show the full material ledger. Your plant systems are connected during the pilot — MES (SAP DM, Siemens Opcenter, Tulip), historian and SCADA (OSIsoft PI, Ignition, OPC-UA), maintenance (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Fiix), your ERP and spreadsheet exports.

Set up in your pilot

  • Your label printers and the codes already on your lots and orders are matched in the pilot; scanning with a phone camera or a handheld scanner, and printing Code 128 and QR labels, work from the first day.

In Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC

Egypt

Imported steel and materials carry their origin and importer of record; trace reports in Arabic and English.

Saudi Arabia

The same trace for a Riyadh plant, with its store dates on its own working days and Riyadh time.

UAE and the GCC

Works the same for a plant in the UAE, in Arabic and English; nothing UAE-specific is built in.

How to choose

  • Backward and forward in one searchFrom a customer complaint back to the supplier’s lot, and from a bad lot forward to every customer — both from one number.
  • Recall scope you can act onWhere every unit is now — store, line, hold, finished stock or shipped — not just a list of orders.
  • Certificates at lot levelMill and material certificates should hang on the lot and the part they became.
  • From paper without retypingCertificates and receipts arrive on paper; reading them into records matters as much as storing them.

Frequently asked questions

What is lot traceability in manufacturing?

The ability to follow a lot of material from its supplier, through the parts and products it became, to the customers who received them — and back.

Can it trace forward and backward?

Yes. Type any number on a material or product and the passport shows where it came from and everywhere it went.

How does it work out a recall scope?

It reconciles every unit made from the lot — still in store, in production, on hold, in finished stock or shipped — and lists the orders, serials and customers to inform.

Does it handle mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1)?

Yes. The traceability register reads heat numbers and mill certificates per plate, section or part, and the Document Reader files a scanned certificate after you confirm it.

Which industries is it for?

The demonstration plants cover sectors from heavy steel fabrication and pressure vessels to automotive, food, pharmaceuticals and plastics. Ask in the demo how your sector’s own traceability rules map onto it.

How much does it cost, and is there a free version?

Access starts with a guided demo: the Epsilon team shows ManufactINS on demonstration plants, then agrees a pilot on one plant or one line, with its scope, measures and price set up front. Requesting a demo never creates an account.

ManufactINS is not self-serve: the Epsilon AI team walks you through it on sample data, then arranges individual, time-limited access. Sending the request never creates an account. In English and Arabic.
